Genomic landscapes of Breast Cancer (Racial/Ancestry) Disparities

Abstract:

Overview of the emerging findings from genome-wide studies of African-enriched cohorts of breast cancer patients. We will discuss results of multiple ‘omic’ approaches, including genotype associations, whole genome sequence characterizations and transcriptomic studies.
