Dissecting gliomas by single-cell and spatial genomics

Abstract: In my lecture, I will discuss recent efforts we have undertaken in the lab to
characterize the architecture of glioblastoma and its temporal evolution after standard of
care therapy by single-cell and spatial genomics. I will also discuss novel approaches that we
have developed to model the complexity of the glioblastoma ecosystem in the lab.
